Video contact: through our video-chat, you can book a meeting with our team. To do so, we will collect your email address, your name and any message you wish to leave us. Legitimate interest to schedule the meeting you request us and get in touch with the user. Schedule a meeting: to schedule the meeting between you and a member of our team and answer any query you may have. During the time necessary to for the purpose we process the data for, and any additional period provided for by the applicable law.

Ideafoster will ensure that your personal data will be kept strictly confidential and will not be transmitted to a third party, subject to the provisions and agreements therein. We do not allow our external service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only allow them to process your personal data for specific purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

  • We may share business opportunities (professional contact information) with our business partners/partners or companies within our group of companies.
  • We may share your data with companies part of Ideafoster’s group of companies.
  • We can make your personal data available to any company interested in buying or buying the Company or a part of our business and, consequently, give access to any national or international auditors to carry out their “due diligence”, provided that such processing is essential for the successful completion of the business transaction. As indicated in article 21 of the Spanish Privacy Law 3/2018 (Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos y Garantías de Derechos Digitales 3/2018, “LOPDGDD”), if the transaction is not completed, the receiving entity will immediately delete your data.
  • We may share the data with competent judicial and administrative authorities, in order to comply with a legal obligation we are subject to.


Ideafoster uses the services of third-party technology service providers located outside the European Economic Area, which will process personal data as data processors, to ensure the operation and hosting of the Website, as well as sending electronic communications, allowing scheduling videocalls with our team, etc. These providers may be located in countries that do not generally provide adequate guarantees for the protection of personal data. However, we have entered into agreements with such providers with the necessary contractual guarantees provided by the law (such as, the so known as “standard contractual clauses”). You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, and, if applicable, to limit the processing and portability of data, and withdrawal of consent, by sending an email to hello@ideafoster.com, with the reference “GDPR” and the content of your request. In cases where representation is admitted, it will also be necessary the identification by the same means of the person representing you, as well as the document proving the representation.


Likewise, you may submit a complaint to a supervisory authority, and in particular, to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you considers that the rights set out above in this Privacy Policy are violated or if you considers that the processing of your personal data infringes the applicable regulations.
